The Year of DOUBLE
PORTION!
2014 is a powerful year of “Double
Portion.” The number “14” means “Double Perfection”…a Double Portion! Your
First Fruits this year is such a significant start to everything that is to
come to you and your household, it is the “Activation” of the double portion!
I want you to stop
everything and declare this right now: Isaiah 61:7, “Instead of your
shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will
rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in
your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.”
For those who have an “ear to hear,”
there is a powerful revelation. Often, it’s not that we are doing something
wrong but not doing enough of what is right! This month is the most important
of the year to establish what happens to the rest. You have a special
opportunity to activate the principle of First Fruits as mandated in the Word
of God.
We have put God first in every area of our life by: PRAYING: Our Dear Children Give God your first thoughts in the morning. PLANNING: Where do you want to be 365 days from today? MAKING AN OFFERING:
When you give your first fruits offering, you are planting a seed for
the remainder of the year. There is a greater portion that awaits you in
honor of your first fruits offering!
As you remember the Lord your God, according to Deuteronomy 8:18,
through your first fruits offering, He gives you the power to acquire
wealth to establish His covenant. Each January, I put God first and
honor Him with the first of our substance by sowing a first fruits
offering of one month's pay. That is a big sacrifice, but it is a seed
for the harvest I am believing for in the coming year - 2014. And God
always provides! Every year many others join us and sow a week's salary,
others give a day's pay, but everyone their best- The results are
miraculous! THIS IS THE YEAR OF DOUBLE PORTION…
